Once the order has been finalised and processed there will be no alterations from that point. If you have made a mistake during the process please email us ASAP. Any returned orders will require postage to be paid again for shipping to the correct address. Refunds for a returned order due to incorrect address are acceptable but will require a 30% restocking fee and original postage cost will be exempt from the refund.
